We develop lighting products for distributors, rental companies and brands — from a catalogue variant to a fully customised fixture. Every project starts with the market it has to work in.
What an ODM project covers
Our capability runs from requirement analysis through solution development, hardware design, reliability validation and mass production. We can work from a specification, a competitor sample or a target price, and build the product definition with your team.
- 01
Requirement analysis
We start with the market, the venue and the console the fixture has to work with — then agree the specification and the target cost.
- 02
Solution development
Optical layout, mechanical structure and electrical architecture are developed together, so the effect and the control system match.
- 03
Hardware design
LED configuration, driver, control electronics and the DMX512 channel map are defined as one design package.
- 04
Reliability validation
Thermal behaviour, electrical safety and long-run operation are checked against the agreed specification before release.
- 05
Mass production
Production, packing, English documentation and carton data are prepared for export shipment.
Where we can help
Stage & effect lighting
Bee-eye, moving-head, multi-arm and laser-strip fixtures with DMX512 control — the production range in this catalogue.
LED home & commercial lighting
ODM development for residential and commercial luminaires, from requirement analysis through to mass production.
Outdoor & architectural lighting
Outdoor and façade lighting engineered around the electrical and compliance requirements of the destination market.
Smart control & thermostats
Intelligent thermostat control and smart home systems developed alongside the lighting hardware.
What ships with a fixture
- English documentation. A user manual with menu structure and DMX channel table.
- Channel map. The DMX512 channel list for patching and programming.
- Packing data. Inner box and carton dimensions, quantity per carton, net and gross weight.
- Voltage definition. AC 95–245 V / 50 Hz on the effect range, so one variant covers 100–240 V markets.
Start with a brief
Useful details to include: the effect you are trying to build, the channel count you want to work with, the quantity for the first order, the destination market, and any branding requirements for an ODM programme.
